Bill Gilmore started his career as an electrical engineer for Florida Power and Light, after receiving his B.S degree from Georgia Tech and M.B.A. from the University of Florida. At the utility he became the manager of district operations and has a broad and thorough knowledge of utility design, practices, rates, and procedures.

As a consultant, Bill has worked with scores of utilities and utility customers, helping to reduce costs. He has consulted in most of the states, in Europe and the Caribbean. With over thirty years of experience, Bill is available to help you minimize your utility costs.
